These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mashroei+ ("Mashroei+", "we", "us", or "our"), including the mashroei.net website and any related tools (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Plans, Free Usage & Paid Subscriptions
The free plan includes a limited number of AI generations per calendar month. Paid plans, including Advisor PRO ($15 per calendar month), unlock additional features described on the pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate business plans, roadmaps, analyses, and other content ("Output"). Output is generated on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any Output. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or the rights of any third party; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its AI providers; submit malicious code, or content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing; circumvent usage limits, quotas, or access controls; or use Output to mislead investors, regulators, or the public.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the ideas, prompts, and project data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Output generated for your account is yours to use for your project.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI model providers, hosting, payment processors such as PayPal, and analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Mashroei+ and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no license is granted.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or security risk. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASHROEI+ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
